Official Rules:

  • Eligibility: The drawing is open to ASCA members and nonmembers who received this survey invitation. Employees of the association and their immediate family members are not eligible.

 

  • Entry Period and Prize Drawings: The $250 Amazon gift card entry period runs from the survey launch until the first 200 completed responses are received. The entry period for the $100 Amazon gift cards runs from the survey launch until the survey closes on Wednesday, June 12. Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries. The $250 Amazon gift card drawing will occur once the first 200 eligible responses are recorded. The $100 Amazon gift cards will be drawn after the survey closes.

 

  • Prize Notification: Winners will be emailed within [Insert Number] days of the drawing. If a winner does not respond within [Insert Number] days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.

 

  • Prize Claim: Winners must confirm their prize acceptance as instructed in the notification email. Failure to claim the prize within the specified time limit or comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and selection of a substitute winner.
